Do you ship to the United States or Internationally?

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States, however, international shipping is in the works.

Do you accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover?

Purchasing may be processed through our PayPal payment processing which also include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment over the phone by calling 514-928-1695. Local Montreal orders are available via personal cheques as well, please contact us by phone or by email at info@shaii.ca to make such arrangements.

Are all sales final?

To return merchandise, if you contact us by phone at 514-928-1695 or by email info@shaii.ca within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Take note: that a deduction of our re-stocking charge ($6.95) plus shipping charges (amount determined by the destination) will be deducted from your refund and is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your request for refund, we will send you a confirmation number that should be included with the item when shipping to us. Unfortunately for health reasons all necklace sets that include earrings; the earrings are a final sale.

What method of delivery do you use?

Our flat shipping rate is $5.95 for both Canada and the USA. All orders are shipped using UPS Standard or Canada Post. Montreal local pick up and delivery is available upon request.

How long is it before I receive my order?

Depending on destination and if our item is in stock, your purchase should arrive at your destination within 14 days.
